What is Small Group Training?

You and a friend (up to 4 adults total) share the cost of an hour of personal attention & training.  You will meet with your trainer to determine your goals and design a program that will help you get there.  Choose from one of our small group training packages and your trainer will customize it to meet your needs.  Minimum commitment of 4 weeks required.

How do I sign up?

Step 1:  First, get a friend or two (or 3!) together who will commit to working out with you.

Step 2: Decide which day and time you can all meet each week.  Come up with a couple of options.

Step 3: Decide how many weeks you would like to commit.

Step 4: Contact us through the website or Facebook to make your appointment.

Step 5: Visit our online store to purchase your package or bring a cash/check with you to your first training session.

If you want to do small group training, but don’t a have a group of friends available to train with you – contact us and we’ll reach out to our current clients and see if we can make a match!
