About 66% of women with diastasis recti have a pelvic floor disorder.  The exercises and belly brace used in AbMend require strong pelvic floor muscles. Because of this, most women should complete the Total Control Program before beginning AbMend.

AbMend is a personal study & exercise course. You’ll meet with your consultant once a month for an hour to check on your progress and make your plan for the following month. Email us at info@MommyFitnessOmaha.com to schedule your initial consultation.

If you have a friend or two who need the program as well, we can structure it as a small group training.
