Let’s start your Postpartum Recovery right!
Now that you’ve got this amazing little one, you’re probably noticing some changes in your body – many of them no one told you about! We’re here to help you in any way you need. If you would like to start attending classes again before your 6-week postpartum visit, please have your care provider sign this release. After 6 weeks, jump on in whenever you’re feeling up to it!
Here’s a HUGE secret no one told you – those loose joints you’ve felt throughout your pregnancy will continue as long as you are breastfeeding and up to 4 months after you stop. For that reason, feel free to continue attending any Prenatal classes if they work into your schedule. You are also welcome to join in all other classes as well, including Pelvic Floor Restore!

Small Group Training
You and a friend (up to 4 adults total) share the cost of an hour of personal attention & training. You will meet with your trainer to determine your goals and design a program that will help you get there.
