Small Group Training

You and a friend (up to 4 adults total) share the cost of an hour of personal attention & training.  You will meet with your trainer to determine your goals and design a program that will help you get there.  Choose from one of our small group training packages and your trainer will customize it to meet your needs.  Minimum commitment of 4 weeks required.  Small Group Training
