While we do not offer traditional childcare, children 6 weeks and up are welcome in any Cardio&Strength class.
Did you know our studio is baby proof?
There are no electrical outlets within reach of little hands.
There is also a safe fenced in area available for children to play (especially during more active cardio classes).


We maintain a laid-back atmosphere and want to work with you and your little ones! Contact us below with any questions.

*No children please in Yoga and Tai Chi. These classes are intended to be meditative &  require a quiet atmosphere.


 If you or your child are ill, please wait to return to class until 24 hours after fever has subsided.
