Can I put my membership/package on hold?

We are able to hold your membership or other purchased services in the following cases:

Medical- a temporary/short-term medical situation (morning sickness, bed rest, family illness, birth of a child, etc).  Clients may need to present a physician’s release before returning to classes.

Work Transfer- a temporary/short-term work transfer for you or your partner that moves you out of the Omaha metro area

Volunteer Work- a temporary/short-term volunteer opportunity that moves you out of the Omaha metro area

Military- a temporary/short-term military deployment or transfer that moves you out of the Omaha metro area (Bellevue is included in the Omaha metro area)

If you find yourself in a circumstance that does not fall into one of the above categories, please contact us for more information.

Can I get a refund for services/classes I haven’t use yet?

We are able to refund in the following cases:

Medical- a physician has recommended a long-term/permanent prohibition on physical exercise for your safety

Work Transfer- a permanent/long-term work transfer for you or your partner is moving you out of the Omaha metro area

Military- a long-term transfer or deployment for you or your partner out of the Omaha metro area

Personal move- a permanent/long-term move out of the Omaha metro are due to personal reasons

short-term: twelve months or less

long-term: any length of time beyond twelve months

PLEASE NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
